You know when things are dire when a) the Bedouin food at The Ten Commandments looks amazing, and b) you are watching The Ten Commandments.

One of my favorite individuals in the food world passed away yesterday after testing positive for COVID-19. He was only 59. He was a tremendous inspiration to many nyc chefs, and just seemed like a great guy. He’ll be greatly missed. Rest In Peace @floydcardoz
